About me
I was born in Colonia Tirolesa, a rural area from Córdoba province in Argentina. My mother worked in a cookie factory, my father worked in the food market as a storekeeper. When I grew up, I moved to the city of Cordoba and entered the Montserrat School, the cradle of many decisive men in the history of Argentina.
After a heartbreak, I packed my bags and started my adventures around the world doing cooking courses of all kinds: France, England, Spain, Iran, Cyprus, Slovakia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Hungary, Romania, Germany, Italy, Moldova, Algeria, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Surinam, Dubai.
I also entered the world of Marketing and traveled to more than 30 countries and so, had the opportunity to get to know their cultures in depth. At present I am living with my wife and children in a country house in Cordoba. I am an international Chef and entrepreneur.
